I’m terrible with money. If I have it I spend it, and if I don’t have I still manage to spend it somehow, which needless to say has gotten me into a lot of trouble. The situation was getting so bad that I was running out of money only a week after pay day. I needed to know how to budget! The budget planner system I am using with them has revolutionised my spending, and its all based off the good old ‘envelope’ method of family budgeting, which I’m sure my nana used. This system is a lot more sophisticated than my nana’s day though, with an online system that really makes it easy for me to budget.

You know the thing I now realise I was worried about when thinking of budgeting was not having what I wanted, not having the treats or nights out with friends, but I had it all wrong! You can still do the things you want on a budget, and do it knowing that you are within budget. So thanks guys, you really helped me get my finances back on track.
